Connect Frida to your AI assistant
Ask about your active deals and check the email evidence behind them.
Connect your account
- Start with a Frida account and a synchronized mailbox.
- In an AI assistant that supports custom remote MCP connections, add the address below. Availability depends on your plan and administrator settings.
- The assistant opens Frida in your browser. Sign in to Frida, using Microsoft sign-in if that is how you normally log in.
- Check the displayed account, workspace and permissions, then approve. Return to your assistant and ask your first question.
Connection address: https://api.fridaapp.io/api/connectors/mcp/conversations
The new conversation connection requires separate approval to read sent mail. Check that sent-mail permission is displayed before approving. Existing connections do not automatically receive this access.

Try these questions
- What should I follow up on now, and why? Show the email evidence.
- Have I already replied about Aster, and what did I promise? Show the messages.
- What does the customer say we need before a decision?
What this version can access
- Active confirmed deals in your workspace, including recorded next-action signals.
- Bounded chronological excerpts from incoming and recorded sent mail linked to a deal, only from your own mailbox. The conversation is always partial.
- It cannot send email, change deals, or access calendar, tasks, attachments or every email thread.
- The follow-up overview checks at most 200 active deals and shows up to four conversation excerpts per result. Stored signals do not verify reply status. Missing sources or incomplete coverage must be stated.
When you ask a question, the connected AI service receives the data returned by Frida. Its processing is separate from your choice of AI provider inside Frida.
You can revoke access in Frida’s connection settings. Authorization expires after 30 days; reconnect when requested.
