Is it safe to use with confidential client email?
Your emails are never used to train AI models. Hosting and storage are in the EU; the AI processing of email happens at a US-based sub-processor under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and all sub-processors are listed in the privacy policy. Nothing is sent without your approval.

Yes. Frida drafts from how you write and, on Personal and Pro, can use documents you add, such as service descriptions, a rate card or your website. You read and approve every draft before it goes out.
