Salesflare describes itself as a CRM for B2B teams that captures data by itself. It fills in contacts from your email and suggests the companies you write to, and you put the opportunity on yourself. Frida starts in the same place, the inbox, but suggests the deal itself from the conversation in your Outlook and has the follow-up written, so all you do is approve it.

The film shows the same email in two places: in Salesflare the contact and the email fill in and you add the deal; in Frida the email becomes a deal suggestion with the reply ready, which you say yes to.
Salesflare: contacts filled in, accounts suggested, you add the deal
Frida: the deal and the follow-up are suggested from the conversation
Every Salesflare fact has its source in the table
Who should choose which?
Choose Salesflare if …
you are a sales team that reaches out to prospects and wants email sequences, open tracking and LinkedIn
you want dashboards and a revenue forecast measured against your targets
some of you keep your email somewhere other than Microsoft 365
Choose Frida if …
customers write to you in Outlook, and the deal should come out of the conversation
you want the follow-up written, not just a reminder about it
there are few of you, and the person who sells also does the work
From email to CRM in Salesflare
Salesflare is built so that you type less. Salesflare’s own article on suggested accounts describes what happens once your email and calendar are connected.
1
Salesflare looks at the emails in your inbox and the meetings in your calendar and finds the companies you are in touch with.
2
Each suggestion gets a score from how many people you are in touch with, and how often and how recently.
3
Senders that look automated are filtered out, so the suggestions are about real people.
4
You accept a suggested account with one click or reject it, and then add the relevant contacts to it.
5
The article mentions that you may want to add an opportunity as well. From there Salesflare tracks the account and reminds you to follow up.
Both read your email and suggest something for you to say yes to. The difference is what you are offered: a company to keep an eye on, or a concrete piece of work with a next step.
In Salesflare
The suggestion is an account: the company behind the people you write to.
You accept it with one click.
You put the opportunity on the account yourself afterwards.
In Frida
The suggestion is the deal: the job the customer is writing about, with customer and thread in place.
The first time you connect Outlook, the board is made from the conversations you already have.
When the conversation moves on, Frida proposes the stage it has reached, and one tap approves it.
Salesflare does a fair amount that Frida deliberately does not. If you are a team that sells by reaching out, this is where Salesflare is strongest. What Salesflare has on these points is in the table, with its source.
No tracking of opens, clicks or visits to your website.
No email campaigns, no multi-email sequences and no marketing automation.
No LinkedIn sidebar and no search for new leads.
No dashboards you put together yourself, and no forecast.
Salesflare and Outlook: how it fits together
Salesflare connects to Microsoft 365, and there is a sidebar for Outlook that Salesflare has built itself. According to Salesflare’s help article on the sidebar, you can see and update accounts, contacts and opportunities there, next to the email you are reading.
Salesflare can also follow what the recipient does: when an email is opened, which links are clicked, and which pages of your website the person visits. According to Salesflare, the email features are included on every plan.
Salesflare takes contact details out of email signatures, so you do not have to copy them by hand.
Templates for emails you write often can be saved and used again.
Frida reads mailboxes in Outlook and Microsoft 365 only, so if some of you use another email provider, Salesflare is the better fit.
Salesflare reminds you to follow up. Frida goes one step further and has the draft of the follow-up written when you need it.
Court shows on every deal whether it is you or the customer who should write next.
If you are waiting for the customer after a quote, a follow-up is ready, written in your tone.
You edit it, put it off or send it. Nothing goes out before you have approved it.
Comparison
Frida and Salesflare: eight differences
Both read your email so that you type less. The difference is what the email turns into, and what else comes with it. Every Salesflare fact has its source on the row.

What gets suggested
The deal itself, with customer and thread filled in. You say yes with one tap.
Accounts from your emails and meetings. You accept with one click and put the opportunity on yourself.
Written by Frida from vendors’ public documentation, rather than hands-on testing of every tool. Frida sells one of the products. Features and plans can change.
Yes. Salesflare connects to Microsoft 365 and has its own sidebar for Outlook, where you can see accounts, contacts and opportunities next to the email. With the sidebar switched on, Salesflare can also track opens and clicks in the emails you write. Frida has an optional pane in early access, but works mostly in its own app on the web, Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android.
Does Salesflare create deals from my emails?
Salesflare creates contacts from your email and suggests the companies you are in touch with as accounts, which you accept with one click. According to Salesflare’s article on the suggestions, you then put the opportunity on yourself. We have not found a Salesflare page describing it suggesting an opportunity from the content of an email. That is exactly what Frida does.
How much does Salesflare cost?
Salesflare’s pricing page shows three plans, charged per user: Growth, Pro and Enterprise. Growth costs 29 USD per user per month billed annually and 39 USD billed monthly, read in October 2026. Enterprise requires at least five users, and there is a 30-day free trial with no credit card. Frida’s plans are in the price block above these questions.
Is Frida a Salesflare alternative for a small firm?
Yes, if there are few of you, customers write to you in Outlook, and you want the deal and the follow-up out of the conversation without building a sales system. No, if you reach out to prospects yourselves and need email campaigns, tracking of opens and clicks, LinkedIn or a forecast. Then Salesflare is the better choice.
What can Salesflare’s AI do?
According to Salesflare’s help article on AI, on an account’s timeline you can get a summary of emails, calls and meetings, have next steps suggested and ask questions about the history. Salesflare also reminds you to follow up when an account has been quiet for a number of days, and when an email is waiting for a reply. Frida also has the follow-up draft ready for you.
Can Salesflare connect to other systems?
Yes, to many. Salesflare’s integrations page lists more than 11,000 apps that connect directly or through Zapier and Make, read in October 2026, and there is a mobile app on every plan. Frida has far fewer connections, and they are on our integrations page. If you have many systems that need to talk to each other, that is an argument for Salesflare.

Frida finds the sales opportunities in your Outlook conversations, keeps them up to date and prepares the follow-up. You type nothing in, and nothing is sent before you have read it.
