Customer email → deal → next action

The Outlook pane looks up the open received email in Frida and shows linked active deals, the recorded next action and short email sources. An unsynced or unmatched email does not produce an invented deal.

  1. Connect and sync your Outlook mailbox in Frida.
  2. Download the manifest and add it as a custom Outlook add-in. Your Microsoft 365 administrator must help if custom add-ins are blocked.
  3. Open a received email, select Frida, sign in and approve read access. Check that the account and workspace are correct.

ChatGPT/Claude

Ask about follow-ups — see the sources

The custom AI connection reads Frida. It can prioritize recorded follow-up signals, find active deals and retrieve their email context. Expanded access to recent incoming and sent emails requires a new approval through the connection guide. A recorded signal alone does not prove who owes a reply; the conversation excerpt can be incomplete.

What should I follow up on now, and why? Show email sources and what you cannot determine.
Have I already replied about this quote? Show the latest sent email you can find.
What did I last promise the customer, and when? Show the source.
Is the customer waiting for us, or are we waiting for the customer? Use recent emails and disclose what you cannot determine.

  1. Open the connection guide and add Frida’s server as a custom OAuth connection in your AI app.

  2. Sign in to Frida in the browser. Check the user, workspace and read permissions before approving.

  3. Ask a specific question. Check the sources in Frida before acting on the answer.

Access with clear boundaries

  • Deals are limited to your workspace. Email sources are limited to your own connected mailbox, not your colleagues’ mailboxes.
  • The AI connection and Outlook pane have read access. They do not send emails or change deals.
  • Answers can be incomplete. The assistant must disclose missing sources and limited coverage; no sources does not prove that nothing is pending.
  • The external AI app receives the information it retrieves. You can revoke access in Frida; information already shared remains in the conversation.

Forms and chat enquiries into Frida

A shared API and private Zapier package also exist for collected enquiries. This is not a public chat widget or published Zapier app. A specific connection requires setup, separate consent to create enquiries and checks for repeated events.
