Can Frida help with quotes, deals, and follow-ups?
Yes. Frida gathers inquiries on the Deals board, helps you track quotes and reminds you to follow up, so no inquiry or quote dies in the inbox.
Does Frida send emails without my approval?
No. Frida writes drafts that you read, adjust and send yourself. An email never goes out without you.
What is "Today" in Frida?
"Today" is a decision queue with at most five cards: reply drafts, emails that need quick action, follow-ups and suggested deals. You see what matters in one place instead of searching your inbox.
How does Frida help with recurring questions?
Under Settings you can turn on Sources: FAQ templates, a knowledge base and your website. Frida uses them as the basis of the draft and you adjust it yourself. Sources are part of Personal and Pro.
Which systems can I connect?
Frida supports Outlook/Microsoft 365 and IMAP mailboxes such as iCloud and Yahoo. With Outlook, Frida can also use your meetings as context in replies and on the deal timeline.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Frida is built with a focus on GDPR, encryption, and clear control over connections and approvals. You choose which systems to connect and what should be approved manually.
How long does it take to get started?
Most people are up and running in a few minutes: connect Outlook, then choose under Settings → Frida what Frida should help with, for example finding deals in your email and writing reply drafts.
