It started with my own inbox.
I'm Simon. I've spent my career making artificial intelligence useful in the real world. And still, every week I sat updating a deal board by hand, until it stopped matching reality.

The sales of a small business already live in the inbox — every deal, every promise, every deadline. Yet the standard answer is a system you have to feed by hand afterwards. It is always behind, exactly when you are busiest. I tried it. I gave up again.
So I turned it around. Instead of you keeping the system updated, Frida reads your Outlook conversations and builds the overview itself: it creates deals, keeps your board current, and prepares reply drafts in your own voice. You never type anything in — you press send when you agree.
Nothing is ever sent without your approval.
That is the whole idea. The technology should carry the boring part so you can tend to what actually matters: the customers. And when you write to us, someone who built it answers.
