When Frida suggests — the approval flow
Understand when Frida asks for approval, what choices you have, and where to find the history
What is the approval modal?
When Frida has a suggestion that is more than display — e.g. create a new deal or move a deal to a new stage — she shows a small approval modal with the context.
It explains:
• What Frida wants to do • Why — the underlying source (email, deal etc.) • The consequence — what changes if you approve
You can always approve, reject, or open the source directly to see more.
When the modal appears
Common situations where you see the modal:
• Suggested deal — an email has sales signals and Frida wants to create a deal • Stage change — a deal looks ready for the next phase (e.g. "Negotiation" to "Agreement")
The modal appears on the "Today" screen, in the email detail or on the deal page — depending on the source.
Your choices
The modal typically has three buttons:
• Approve — Frida executes the action and closes the modal • Reject — Frida notes the rejection and will not suggest the same thing again right away • Open source — you jump directly to the underlying email, deal, or invoice so you can judge better
Nothing happens without your approval. Frida keeps the suggestion open until you decide.
Tip: If you regularly reject the same type of suggestion, Frida learns it over time and suggests it less often. You do not need to disable features yourself.
Where to find the history
On the deal page there is an "Approval history" section showing all Frida's suggestions and your choices over time — both approved and rejected.
Useful if you want to see why a deal is in a particular stage, or revisit a rejected action later.
