Keep track of quotes and pipeline with Deals Board
Gather sales dialogue, quotes, follow-up and pipeline in one overview
The board – your deals stage by stage
You can look at your deals in more than one way and switch view at the top of the page. The board shows how far each deal has come. Court shows who has the ball.
On the board, your deals are cards in columns, one for each stage:
• Contact – First contact established • Negotiation – In dialogue about solution • Agreement – Terms being agreed • Payment – Awaiting payment • Closed – Deal closed
Tip: Drag a card to the next column when a deal moves forward.
Court – who has the ball?
Court shows your open deals by who wrote last. A net runs across the middle: above it are the deals where you wrote last and the ball is with the customer; below it are those where the customer wrote last and the ball is with you. Each side has three lanes for how long the ball has been lying there: today, this week and over a week – with the newest nearest the net. Deals with a meeting planned, with no email yet, that you marked as "No reply needed" or parked until a date, or where you have marked the latest email from the customer as handled, sit on the net.
What you can do: • Tap or click a deal to open it • Drag one of your deals over the net to write the reply. You send it yourself, and the deal only moves once your email has been sent • If a ball needs no reply, choose "No reply needed" – it goes on the net until the customer writes again. Or choose "Park until …" – it comes back on the date, sooner if the customer writes. On a computer they are under "…" on the deal or a right-click, on a phone you press and hold the deal. You can undo right after • Use the three buttons on the net – yesterday, week and month – to play back what has happened. Small arrows then show how many deals came to you and how many you played over to the customer
Trail – the path of the ball in one deal
Trail shows how the ball has gone back and forth in one deal. Each turn is a block: the customer on the top row, you on the bottom. The wider the block, the longer the ball lay there. If a follow-up is planned, it is shown after "now".
You find Trail on the deal page, right above Follow-up, and as one line on the card on the board.
