Standard replies and FAQ templates

Reuse good answers so recurring questions become faster and more consistent

How it works

  • You create FAQ templates with questions and answers
  • When an email comes in, Frida compares its content with your templates
  • If a question fits, Frida uses your answer as the basis of the draft
  • You read the draft, adjust it and send it yourself – Frida never sends automatically

FAQ templates are part of Personal and Pro.

Create your first FAQ template

Step 1: Open FAQs

  • Go to Settings → Frida → Sources
  • Open the "FAQs" tab
  • Create a new template
  • Step 2: Fill in the template

Question: Describe what people typically ask about.

    Answer: Write your standard reply.

Category and keywords: Optionally add a category and words that often appear in the question.

    How Frida matches

Frida matches on meaning, not only on the words. An email asking "When are you open?" can hit your FAQ about opening hours even if the words are not the same.

Matching works best when: • The question in the template resembles what customers actually write • The answer is concrete and complete • You have added relevant keywords

    You always decide

A match gives a suggestion, not a sent email. Frida uses your FAQ answer to write the draft, and you read it, adjust it and press send yourself.

Tip: Fix the draft if it is not quite right – Frida learns from your corrections.

    Manage templates

Under Settings → Frida → Sources → FAQs you see all templates: • Question – What the template matches • Category – Which category it belongs to • Used – Number of times it has been used • Status – Active or off

Edit, turn off or delete a template when it no longer fits.

    Tips for good FAQ templates

    • Be specific with questions – The more precise, the better matching

    • Use natural language in answers – It should sound like you

    • Add relevant keywords – Think of synonyms and variations

    • Update based on usage – Check which templates are used most
