How Frida learns

Frida learns from every interaction with your email replies. When she generates a draft, she observes what you do:

• Send as-is – Frida knows the tone, wording, and structure were on point • Edit and send – Frida analyses your corrections and adapts future drafts • Delete the draft – Frida notes that the draft wasn't useful and adjusts

Over time, Frida builds an increasingly accurate understanding of your communication style.

Tip: The more emails you reply to with Frida, the faster she learns your style.

Writing style and tone profiles

Based on your replies, Frida automatically builds a writing style that captures:

• Preferred tone – e.g. friendly, professional, direct • Formality level – from casual to very formal • Greeting – how you start your emails • Closing – how you end your emails

You can view and adjust your writing style under Settings → Frida → Writing style. You can also create multiple profiles for different situations.

Statistics and insights

Under Settings → Frida → Frida's learning you can see:

• Total drafts – number of drafts Frida has generated • Sent – number of drafts you sent (with or without editing) • Send rate – the proportion of drafts you actually send • Edit rate – how often you edit before sending

A high send rate and low edit rate shows that Frida has learned your style well. The weekly trend shows progress over time.
