Incoming files

Approve mail attachments for your knowledge base — so Frida can use them in replies

What is the intake queue?

Incoming files belong to the knowledge base and are therefore part of Personal and Pro.

When an email arrives with a relevant attachment — a price list, a catalog, a contract — Frida can suggest adding the file to your knowledge base so it can be used as a source in future replies.

You decide which files become knowledge. Frida never adds anything without your approval.

How to approve

  • Go to Settings → Frida → Sources and open the "Incoming Files" tab
  • You see new attachments from your emails under "Waiting for your decision"
  • Choose "Add to knowledge" or "Reject" for each file
  • Approved files are indexed automatically and ready to use

A file is only indexed once you have approved it. You can always remove it from the knowledge base later — approval is not permanent.

Tip: Frida only suggests files it considers relevant — e.g. PDF attachments, Word documents. Marketing images and signatures are skipped automatically.
