Context in email generation

What is context?

When Frida generates a reply, she automatically gathers context from several sources:

• The email and thread you are replying to – Subject, sender and the whole conversation • Your tone profile – So the reply sounds like you • Smart memory – Previous conversations with the same person • Your sources – FAQ, knowledge base and website when relevant • Your meetings – appointments in your Outlook calendar, when they relate to the email

You do not have to select anything – Frida finds the context herself. The more she has seen, the more precise and personal the replies.

How to get the best replies

You do not add context manually – Frida does it for you. Here is how to ensure the best context:

• Keep your tone profile updated – Select or generate your writing style under Settings → Frida → Writing style, so all replies follow it.

• Turn on your sources – When FAQ, knowledge base and website are turned on under Settings → Frida → Sources, Frida automatically pulls in relevant information.

• Fix small things – If a reply is not quite right, fix it before sending. Frida learns from your corrections and improves over time.
