Mail tools – How to use them

Learn how FAQ, knowledge base and your website are used when Frida writes email replies

What are mail tools?

When you write a reply to an email, Frida automatically uses your sources to make the reply more precise and personal. For example, she can pull in answers from your FAQ, your knowledge base and your website.

Example with notes: If you have an FAQ about "opening hours" or notes in the knowledge base about a product, Frida includes that information in the reply – so you do not have to write it manually.

How to turn on the sources

Go to Settings → Frida → Sources and turn on the sources you want to use:

• FAQ – Standard replies from your FAQ templates • Knowledge base – Documents and notes Frida can use in replies • Website – Information from your own website

Sources are part of Personal and Pro. Frida uses deals and customer info automatically when they are relevant.

When a source is on, Frida selects it automatically when it is relevant to the email you are replying to.
