Meeting briefing 15 minutes before
Frida gathers context about meeting participants and sends you a briefing — so you arrive prepared
What is the meeting briefing?
Right before a meeting you often need to refresh quickly: Who are they? What did we discuss last? Is there an open deal?
Frida pulls it together automatically from inbox, deals and customers, and sends a short briefing email + a push notification on mobile 15 minutes before the meeting starts.
One place, fully prepared.
What is in the briefing
The briefing includes:
• Meeting details — title, time, location or link • Participants — name, company, contact info • Last interaction — excerpt from most recent email thread • Open deals — anything tied to the person or company • Suggested actions — e.g. "Follow up on XX offer" or "Send agenda"
All based on data Frida already has — no extra setup required.
Tip: The briefing works best when you have connected both email and calendar — so Frida can see the meeting and look up participants at the same time.
When you receive it
The briefing is sent automatically 15 minutes before the meeting starts — both as email and as a push notification on mobile (if notifications are enabled).
You only get a briefing for meetings where Frida can find meaningful context — e.g. where participants are contacts in your Frida database or where you have previously exchanged emails. Empty meetings are skipped.
Turn off or adjust
Do not want meeting briefings? Go to Settings → Notifications → Meeting briefing and turn the feature off.
You can also disable only push (and keep email) if you prefer.
