"Today" — your daily decision queue

One place where Frida gathers what is waiting for you: emails, follow-ups and deals

What is "Today"?

"Today" is not a notification feed — it is a decision queue. Each card is something Frida thinks you should decide on.

The queue shows at most 5 cards at a time, the most important on top. If there is more, the rest is gathered under "More". If nothing is waiting, it says that everything looks calm.

The idea is simple: instead of searching your inbox and your deals, you open Frida and see what is waiting for you today.

Which cards you see

The cards in the queue are of these kinds:

• Reply drafts ready — Frida has drafts you can review and send (gathered in one card) • Emails that need quick action — an important email is waiting for you • Follow-ups — a thread or a quiet deal that needs a follow-up • Suggested deals — Frida found a possible deal you can approve or reject • Does this email belong to the deal? — a quick yes or no, so the email lands on the right deal • Suggested new stage — a deal looks like it has moved on • Stage moved automatically — a move that has already happened, with the option to undo it • Frida's understanding — new things Frida has learned about your business, which you can review before they are used in replies to customers

If Frida cannot work — for example because your email is not connected — a blocker appears at the top. It does not count towards the 5 cards.

Hide and "More"

You can hide a card with "Hide". Some cards can also be postponed with "Snooze".

Cards beyond the top 5 are gathered under "More" at the bottom. The section is collapsed by default, but you can expand it if you want to see them.

Tip: If a card reappears after you hid it, that is because new information arrived — not a bug.

The week on the court

The card under today’s status shows the last 7 days, today included. The headline says the week in one sentence: how many balls you played over, and how many came to you. If a deal was won, that comes first.

The strip is the Court laid down over a week. Above the net are the deals where you wrote that day and the ball landed with the customer. Below the net are those where the customer wrote and the ball landed with you. On the net is a meeting or a won deal. A small plus means the deal is new this week. Press a tile to open the deal, or the strip to open Deals.

The card is based on who wrote last, and says nothing more than that. A number Frida does not know is not shown. Amounts are the deal’s registered value, not booked revenue. Only this workspace’s deals are included.

Why does it exist?

The goal is that no enquiry and no quote dies in the inbox. Frida does not replace your own systems — "Today" is where what is waiting for your reply or decision is gathered in one place.
