Your writing style

Teach Frida AI how you write – so replies sound like you

Why is it important?

• Without tone profile: "Dear Mr. Jensen, I take the liberty of..." Robotic and generic. You need to edit every reply.

• With tone profile: "Hi Thomas, thanks for your email..." Personal and authentic. You can send right away.

Automatic creation (recommended)

When you connect your email, Frida automatically analyzes your sent emails and builds your tone profile.

It happens automatically:

  • You connect Outlook
  • Frida reads your last 50-150 sent emails
  • Your tone profile is created in a few minutes
  • You get notified when it is ready
  • Tip: The more emails, the more accurate profile – but it takes a bit longer.

    Manual adjustment

Want to fine-tune? Go to Settings → Frida → Writing style:

    • Style – Formal ↔ Informal • Tone – Direct ↔ Diplomatic • Greetings – "Hi", "Dear", "Hello" • Closings – "Best regards", "Thanks", "Best" • Expressions I avoid – "Hereby", "The undersigned", etc.

    Use your tone profile

Your tone profile is used automatically when Frida writes reply drafts.

    How to see it:

  • Go to Settings → Frida → Writing style
  • Open your writing style in the list to adjust it
  • Under "Instructions" you can write something that always goes along with the drafts
  • Multiple tone profiles

You can create different profiles for different situations:

    • Standard – Your daily communication • Formal – For customers, partners and official inquiries • Internal – For colleagues with a more informal tone

Tips for a good tone profile

    • Let it learn – The more emails the assistant sees, the better it gets

    • Fix small things – If a reply suggestion does not sound right, fix it – the assistant learns from your corrections

    • Update when changing – If you change style, you can generate a new profile
